Terms of Service

Welcome to the Telebugs Affiliate Program (the "Program"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your participation in the Program offered by Telebugs ("we," "us," or "our"). By signing up for the Program, accessing your affiliate dashboard, or using any affiliate links or materials, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not participate in the Program.

1. Eligibility

The Program is open to individuals and entities who are at least 18 years old and capable of forming a legally binding contract. While anyone can join, the Program is ideally suited for developers, bloggers, and tech influencers. We reserve the right to reject or terminate any application or participation at our sole discretion, including for violations of these Terms or any applicable laws.

2. Enrollment and Account

To join, sign up for free via the Telebugs affiliates portal. Upon approval, you will receive access to a unique affiliate URL and a dashboard to track clicks, conversions, and earnings in real-time. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

3. Affiliate Links and Tracking

Unique Affiliate Link: We provide you with a unique affiliate URL to share. When a user clicks your link, a 30-day tracking entry is stored in their browser's localStorage. If they register an account and purchase a membership within 30 days, the sale is attributed to you.
Tracking: Referrals are tracked for 30 days from the initial click. Once attributed, the user is locked in to your affiliate ID for future attributions.
Marketing Materials: We provide banners, videos (with subtitles), screenshots, email templates, and social media graphics via your dashboard. You may use these solely for promoting Telebugs in compliance with these Terms.

4. Commissions and Payouts

Commission Rate: You earn $50 for every qualifying sale referred through your affiliate link (a "Qualifying Sale"). A Qualifying Sale occurs when a referred user registers and purchases a Telebugs membership within 30 days of clicking your link.
No Cap: There is no limit on the number of commissions you can earn.
Payouts: Payouts are available via cryptocurrency in USDT (Tether). You must manually request each payout through your dashboard. Requests can be made as soon as you have earned your first commission, with no minimum threshold. We may consider USDC payouts upon request, but fiat payouts are not supported.
Timing: Payouts are processed upon your manual request, subject to verification. We aim to process requests promptly, but delays may occur due to blockchain network conditions or verification needs.
Taxes and Fees: You are responsible for all taxes, fees, and costs associated with receiving payouts, including any cryptocurrency transaction fees. We do not withhold taxes.
Forfeiture: Commissions may be withheld or forfeited if we determine, in our sole discretion, that a sale was fraudulent, refunded, or obtained through prohibited means.

5. Promotion Restrictions

Prohibited Activities: You must promote Telebugs ethically and in compliance with all laws. You are strictly prohibited from:

Bidding on or using any branded or navigational search terms related to Telebugs in paid search advertising (e.g., Google Ads, Bing Ads), including terms like "Telebugs," "Telebug," "Tele bugs," "Telebugs pricing," "Telebugs login," or "buy Telebugs." This includes direct bidding, ad copy, display URLs, destination URLs, or any matching strategies.
Engaging in spam, unsolicited emails, or deceptive marketing.
Misrepresenting Telebugs or making false claims about our services.
Using affiliate links on sites that promote illegal activities, violence, discrimination, or adult content.
Self-referring or creating fake referrals to earn commissions.

Compliance: All promotions must clearly disclose your affiliate relationship (e.g., "#ad" or "affiliate link"). You must comply with FTC guidelines and other applicable advertising laws.
Violations: We reserve the right to monitor your promotions. Violations may result in immediate termination, withholding of commissions, and pursuit of legal remedies.

6. Intellectual Property

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use our provided marketing materials solely for promoting the Program. You may not modify these materials without our written consent. All Telebugs trademarks, logos, and content remain our property. You grant us a license to use your name or likeness in our promotional materials related to the Program.

7. Termination

By You: You may terminate your participation at any time by notifying us.
By Us: We may terminate your participation at any time, with or without cause, including for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease using all affiliate links and materials. Accrued but unpaid commissions may be forfeited if termination is due to a violation.
Survival: Sections regarding payments, intellectual property, limitations of liability, and dispute resolution survive termination.

8. Representations and Warranties

You represent that: (i) you have the authority to enter these Terms; (ii) your promotions will comply with all laws; and (iii) you will not infringe third-party rights.

9. Disclaimer

The Program is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee earnings, tracking accuracy, or uninterrupted access. Telebugs is not liable for any issues arising from cryptocurrency fluctuations or blockchain failures.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the Program, even if advised of the possibility. Our total liability shall not exceed the commissions paid to you in the prior 12 months.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your breach of these Terms or your promotions.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Delaware.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of changes. Check this page periodically.
